Rare opportunity available in the Kerry region for an experienced Payroll Manager with at least 8 years high volume (1000+ ee) payroll management experience

This is an integral hire and a significant background in payroll with previous people management experience is essential.

A background in process improvement and systems implementation would be a distinct advantage.

This is a senior level appointment and successful candidates will need to have the following experience profile:
  • Significant payroll knowledge (at least 8 years) with high volume experience essential (1000+ employees)
  • Multiple site payroll experience
  • People management
  • Tax and/or Finance background
  • Project work or systems improvement experience
  • Strong education with payroll qualifications an advantage
  • Substantial payroll systems experience and HR Information systems
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Trustworthy and Confidential
  • Flexible as some travel required
  • Experience in dealing with senior management
