Enterprise People are currently seeking an Infrastructure Architect for a leading Dublin based client. Reporting to the Strategy and Architecture manager, the Infrastructure Architect is the single point of responsibility for guidance and maintenance of the infrastructure & technology architecture.

The Infrastructure Architect will have:

Develop, maintain, implement and manage the organization’s technology and infrastructure principles, standards and guidelines

Building, developing and documenting infrastructure processes with a focus on technology growth, performance, reliability and security

Work with the Applications Architect to determine how technology can be applied to meet business needs.

Requirements

7 + years hands-on technology / infrastructure experience with a broad knowledge of development platforms, languages and technologies.

Deep understanding of the architecture disciplines, processes, concepts and best practices.

Previous experience with initiating and maintaining strategic relationships both internally and externally

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, coupled with the ability to generate innovative technical solutions as required

Experience in some of the following market areas - public sector, telecoms, finance, transport

Degree in business computer science or a related field

Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
