Your role will encompass the following duties:
-Installation, servicing and maintenance of telephone systems for both small and larger accounts.
-Customise, build and configure systems including transport to customer sites.
-Install, commission and test systems to ensure high standards are maintained.
-Provision of systems training and successful handover across a broad range of specialised equipment.
-Maintain excellent customer service levels in line with company standards.
You will need a minimum of 2-3 years experience within the telecommunications industry. You will have previous experience working with the follow: Nitsuko or NEC telephones systems & applications, VoIP Communications, CECT and other wireless technology. Excellent communications skills are a must along with the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical persons. You will thrive in a strong customer service oriented environment and will have initiative and the ability to provide solutions.
