Our client, a subsidiary of a large global FMCG company, requires a strong Finance Manager for their well established finance team.

The Finance Manager will be responsible for:
  • Preparing financial results at month end
  • Preparing financial reports and packs at month end
  • Preparation of plans and forecasts (monthly, quarterly, annually)
  • Manage audit of statutory accounts
  • Ensure adequate controls are in place
  • Costing of new products
  • Collate and report on KPIs
  • Lead and manage finance team of 5
  • Deputise for the Finance Director


Finance Manager Specification:

Finance Manager - Qualifications/Experience required
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with strong and relevant accounting experience and 3 to 5 years PQE
  • Strong experience in monthly reporting is essential
  • FMCG/Manufacturing experience an advantage
  • People management experience essential
  • Large ERP experience and knowledge essential


Finance Manager - Skills necessary
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to organise and prioritise for self and others
  • Be self motivated
  • Experience in a fast paced environment
  • Must be corporate and able to communicate effectively with senior management in Ireland and at Group level.
