URGENT: EXCELLENT FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING ROLE FOR QUALIFIED ACCOUNTANT

Our client is a large Shared Services Centre in Dublin South and is looking for a strong financial accountant to join their team.

You will be part of the GL team with responsibility for delivering accurate and timely monthly management accounts to the Corporate HQ. You will also be responsible for local compliance including preparing financial statements and dealing with local audits.

Specific responsibilities include:
  • Ensuring deliverance of accurate and timely management accounts including variance analysis in accordance with Corporate HQ guidelines and procedures
  • Maintenance of the General Ledger
  • Ensuring compliance with internal control procedures and Sarbanes Oxley Law
  • Preparation of local statutory accounts and dealing with local audits
  • Ensuring compliance with local statutory regulations, notably VAT and audit requirements


Candidate Requirements:
  • Qualified Accountant with Audit experience
  • 1 to 3 years experience in a Shared Service environment
  • SAP or Oracle experience
  • SOX 404 experience
  • Solid accounting skills & accounting understanding
  • Available to interview immediately
