Key responsibility for this role is to ensure the failure rate on product returns is at its lowest possible margin.

Key duties will include

· Manage the responsibilities of the people in the department

· Advise factories on all certification requirements

· Advise New Product Development Manager on technical issues with new products

· Advise on all new pending technology

· Help negotiate on all secondary costs

The successful candidate will have

· Previous experience in the lighting industry

· Hold an Electrical Engineering Degree

· Have previous experience managing people

· Be able to travel as necessary with role

· Be proactive and possess the ability to make quick decisions and help bring team forward.
