FRS Recruitment are currently hiring for a Level 2/Level 3 Support Engineer to be based in Galway.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Assist IT staff with the installation, configuration and on-going usage of desktops, laptops and software.
• Works with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems.
• Ensure interconnectivity seamlessly with diverse systems including validation systems, various servers and conferencing systems etc
• Responsible for tasks within the Service Desk ticketing queue
• Assist deployment of mobile devices and troubleshoot problems

QUALIFYING EXPERIENCE:

• 2 -4 years’ experience supporting Windows XP and Windows 7 desktops/laptops
• Experience troubleshooting and replacing hardware
• Experience installing patches, updates and software
• Experience in troubleshooting smart phones, tablets and mobile devices
• Microsoft certifications
