The successfull candidate will be responabile for:
- Sourcing work and developing relationships with clients and contractors
- Estimating (to include take-offs, pricing and compilation) of tender submissions
- Liaison with client on sign-off of all contract documents for the project
- Procurement of all large plant and responsibility for producing procurement schedule for all materials
- Organise commissioning schedule
- Cost control and Account Management
- Claim Submission & Certification
- Applying ISO and Environmental policies and standards
- Experience
- M&E Commerical Experience an advantage
- Experience leading a Surveyoring/ Estimating Team
- Min 5 years experience
