* Managing Reward Advisory project activities in Ireland to include but not limited to benchmarking, executive compensation, job evaluation, performance management
* Managing client engagements, including assignment profitability and risk;
* Support in the leadership of the Reward Advisory team;
* Significant client liaison at senior level
* Actively contributing to the Euro Reward network;
* Periodically publishing and making public presentations to various groups on reward and compensation issues.
People Development and Leadership
Actively integrating resources within the Reward Advisory group;
Serving as a technical expert on Reward matters within Ireland;
Education / Professional Qualifications
Advanced degree in Human Resources or a related discipline an advantage;
CIPD Qualified
Experience Required
8 -10 years of Compensation & Benefits experience
