Customer Definition Manager – Mobile Marketing
The core function of this role will be defining and shaping the strategy for Consumer Segment Definition with focus on development of insight led propositions to gain competitive advantage in the market place that will effectively acquire, retain and maximise revenue for the segment.
To be considered for interview your skills and experience should include:
- Educated to bachelor degree level or other related third level qualification
- 8+ years relevant experience in a large organisation ideally in a Telco Organisation.
- 5 years at Managerial level will be desirable. People management experience which should include people engagement through effective communication, driving high performance and accountability, motivation and ongoing optimisation to drive effectiveness across the team.
- Excellent leadership, communication and Interpersonal skills to drive strategic agenda through effective decision making
- High-level understanding of mobile and internet technology and trends.
- Entrepreneurial drive with appreciation of user-experience, business, and commercial issues.
- Strong understanding of data analytics and problem solving capability.
- Passionate about excellent Customer Experience
- Exceptional commercial acumen with the ability to understand how we can increase profitability and deliver agreed KPI's.
- Ability to clearly demonstrate achievement of results in previous roles including the obstacles which were overcome.
Upon successful hire, you’ll assume responsibility for:
- Define the overall strategy for Consumer segments
- With support from the Insights team, develop core insights for a Contender segment understanding needs, behaviours and triggers required to aid the proposition development process
- Management of the proposition portfolio and roadmap for prepay voice, SMS, Non SMS data & MBB
- Work closely with Managers to ensure delivery of customer insight led propositions
- Management and full accountability for the proposition initiation, shaping, business case approval, technical deployment and post implementation analysis
- Full evaluation and optimisation of the proposition portfolio
- Be a champion of insight led customer proposition development and decision making across the business.
- Responsibility for defining and developing the loyalty strategy for Consumer to reduce churn and maximise revenue.
- Working closely with Device Proposition Specialist & Consumer Planning Consultant, manage the device portfolio with a specific focus on ensuring that new and existing device pricing decisions are aligned with customer needs and are managed within the SAC/SRC budget envelopes
