We provide a broad range of business and personal banking services and have built a strong reputation within the market. We are now recruiting a number of Experienced Customer service Officers to join our team. The role is based in Dublin city centre.

The Role:

The Customer Services team is responsible for providing a first class service to our customers . You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through agreed processes and practices. This is a fixed term contract role within the Customer Services team.

Responsibilitites:

  • Provide a leading level of Customer Service in a courteous and sensitive manner
  • Communicate with clients where necessary in a professional way through an excellent telephone manner
  • Customer queries should be resolved efficiently and to agreed deadlines
  • Updating Client Accounts, confirming by letter where necessary and ensuring absolute accuracy at all times
  • Keep all correspondence/post up to date
  • Provide support/assistance to other team members within the department.
  • Report and communicate to management on problems, which arise and suggest solutions on how to overcome them.
  • Ensure that all Compliance procedures are adhered to.
  • Provide excellent general administration skills


Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated work experience at administrator level
  • Relevant third level qualification or professional equivalent.
  • QFA or APA Loans (QFA Loans and Regulation) qualified
