Primary Function
To submit Tenders to supply Cook’s products to the European Market. To work with the Strategic Business Units (SBUs) & other departments within Cook, to ensure the Tenders are submitted in a timely manner.

Responsibilities
Search for potential tenders relevant to Cook’s businessWork with the SBUs, Key Account Managers, Corporate Tender Executives, Corporate Account Managers and Corporate Account Executives to ensure tenders are processed within the set deadlinesWork with other departments within Cook globally to gather information relevant for the tender – eg. Customer Service, Finance, Marketing, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Logistics etcSubmit the Tender in accordance with specific customer requirementsMaintain accurate Tender files for historical & reference purposes, including awards, alterations & extensions of contractsPrepare quotations received from Customers & Sales RepsSend a written price confirmation to the CustomerUpdate List Pricing on the ESOKS system as necessaryUpdate agreed Special Pricing, including Promotional Pricing, on relevant systems to allow for clean order entry Ensure that all pricing/product modifications are updated with correct pricing to allow order entry, e.g. Product status change PPS, CON, OBS etc Prepare performance and usage reports for customers to determine current pricing and to facilitate renewal of pricesEnsure that the Cook brand and image is communicated in a positive and consistent manner to all customers, both external and internal. Ensure that all duties are carried out in compliance with the company’s Quality Management System. Ensure that Cook’s Code of Conduct and Policies and Procedures are complied with in all business matters carried out on Cooks behalf.
Qualifications
Experience or knowledge of Pricing, Tenders or Public Procurement advantageousLegal or Business qualification advantageousFluency in two European languages at a business level, including English. Excellent written skill in the relevant languages Excellent organisational & prioritisation skillsAbility to work under pressure & to tight deadlinesStrong research & analytical skillsAttention to details, with clerical speed & accuracyAbility to multitaskStrong customer focus (Internal & External)Positive attitude and proven problem-solving skillsExcellent telephone manner & interpersonal skillsComputer literacy: Good working knowledge of Microsoft® Office; Experience of Pricing & Tenders Software advantageous
Requirements
Availability and willingness to travel on company business if necessary. Flexible start time to accommodate European time zones.
