Head of Online Marketing,
A leading provider of online booking solutions headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, with premises strategically positions around the globe wish to recruit a HEAD OF ONLINE MARKETING.
The role will be responsible for all areas of the company’s traffic acquisition efforts, including SEO, paid search, display advertising, etc. Actively managing, growing and optimizing our organic and paid search efforts is the position’s primary function, with secondary but important focus on leveraging other revenue generating channels. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, this highly visible position will play a pivotal role in defining both the revenue and gross profit trajectory of the company.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with 8 to10 year’s online experience and the ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams, influence senior management and consistently produce exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan and direct the global consumer marketing strategy for all online marketing channels in each target country/region (PPC, SEO, etc.) in line with budgets, whilst maintaining strong ROI
· P&L responsibility for all of the company’s organic and paid search traffic acquisition campaigns:
· SEO - Maximize organic traffic and revenue by helping to define the company’s organic search strategy and provide guidance and assistance to the team in carrying out tactical execution.
· Paid Search - optimize the company’s pay per click campaigns to maximum gross profit
· Plan the strategy for the development and expansion of advertising across non-Google channels through both new and existing clients
· Overall responsibility for the global Online Advertising campaigns
· Identify, test and scale new traffic acquisition channels
· Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to CCO.
· Day-to-day management of SEO and SEM teams. Manage, develop and motivate the team to ensure the right structure is in place to deliver all online marketing plans.
· Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and measurements of team and individual results.
· Complete and implement a forward thinking approach to marketing; proposing new technologies, influencing product development, suggesting innovative ideas to expand market share
