Sales Executive (Dublin) required by CareerWise Recruitment for our client based in Dublin. Our Client is currently seeking a Sales Professional with demonstrable interpersonal, organisational and presentation skills with a proven track record in exceeding targets and developing and maintaining customer relationships.

THE ROLE:
*Reporting directly to the Managing Director with responsibility for expanding the company?s client portfolio.
*Developing Business relationships with potential clients through cold calling and marketing campaigns.
*Managing and maintaining current clients through weekly, bi weekly and monthly calls
*Preparing Tenders and Quotations for all requests in conjunction with defined guidelines.
*Working closely with our accounts dept to ensure that all accounts in the region are kept within agreed credit limits
Prospecting:
*Identifying key influencers and decision makers in target companies through:
*Networking,
*Attendance at trade shows,
*On-line resources
*Telephoning.
*Make sure these prospects are:
*Qualified opportunities.
*Make sure that the prospect has "real" motivation to buy the Company?s service and that they have real motivation to leave their current relationship.
*Setting up face to face meetings.
*Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
*Providing input to strategic sales planning.

REQUIREMENTS:
*Working as part of a Sales Team and reporting to the Managing Director the successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years.
*Sales experience in the Contract Cleaning sector and a professional qualification would be an advantage.
*Geographical area: Dublin
