Mechanical Engineer

Fantastic opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer to become part of a core team of central Technical Department engineers whose combined responsibilities include technical Fleet vehicle support, engineering support, liaison with vehicle and parts suppliers, technical problem resolution, technical assistance and support to maintenance, procurement and other key areas of the company.

Requirements

  • Qualified Mechanical Engineer


  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical/electronic systems associated with road transport vehicles and systems


  • Good understanding of overall business structures, systems, finances & company operations


  • Knowledge of legislation, technologies & environment associated with road passenger transport


  • Excellent understanding & working knowledge of SAP


  • Ability to work with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, an advantage


  • Report writing skills
