QUALITY MANAGER MEAT INDUSTRY
Our client, requires an experienced Quality Manager, with experience gained in the Irish Meat industry.
Managing the QA process for product quality, food safety and legal requirements.
Managing the quality system documentation in conjunction with the Quality Team
Lead and Coach Quality Team.
Handling internal and external audits and managing corrective actions.
Manage Supplier Performance and Standards.
Assist with NPD and approving specifications, carry out risk assessments of all new products to identify any potential legal or safety issues and put in place controls to manage those possible risks.
Reviewing current labelling to ensure they are relevant and compliant. Be up to date with all future developments \ requirements in the industry.
Key point of contact for all customers.
Handling of customer complaints from receipt to close out.
