Clinical Nurse Manager
Our Client, a leading Nursing home in which has established a reputation for excellence of care for elderly
people, Which prides itself on implementing and maintaining the highest
possible standards in quality and care for its residents.
The ideal Candidate will:
- Be a natural leader and will possess strong people management skills and will demonstrate
drive and ambition. - Have good business acumen, and commercial awareness.
- Have previously worked in a nursing home environment
- Have a proven track record and ability to manage and
lead teams in a fast paced environment. - Have exceptional organizational and communication
skills. - Must have worked with the elderly, preferably with
care of dementia, for 3 of the last 6 years.

The following qualifications and specifications are mandatory;
Courses
(all courses must be within the last 2 years)
- Professional Qualification
- CPR
- Manual/Patient Handling
- Infection Control
- Non - Violent Intervention Crisis Training
- Elder Abuse
- Vaccination Record up to date
- Excellent English is essential.
