The Job Suite are currently recruiting an Accounts Technician for our client in Kerry. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody looking to further their career in this industry. They will consider a newly qualified, part-qualified accountant or accounting technician.
- Assisting the financial controller in completion of monthly management accounts for a number of trading entities
- Completion of weekly/monthly Payroll processing
- Assist with the development and integration of finance processes and controls
- Completion of bank reconciliations
- Completion of revenue returns
- Completion of Stock Reconciliations
- Completion of daily/weekly financial reconciliations
- Accounts payable reconciliations
- Budget preparation and implementation
- Various Daily and monthly administration duties
- Adhoc tasks as required by management
- Must hold the relevant qualification
- Experience desirable
- Attention to detail and accuracy required
- Experienced in the use of accounting software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability work well in a team environment
- Highly motivated team player that wants to get ahead in their career
