Working alongside the Accounts team, this is a permanent position on a dynamic and fast-growing team with an organisation that has been in business for nearly 90 years!

The Job:

  • Dealing with queries about payments and invoices (internal and external)
  • Logging payment and customer information onto internal systems
  • Researching and preparing for tender submissions
  • Maintaining all tender prequalification information on central library / database
  • Informtation gathering, collation and presentation
  • Typing, formatting and editing tender submissions
  • Sourcing and providing information for tender submission requests
  • Reviewing and maintaining of quality management systems
  • Updating and sharing of documents and guidelines to ensure that quality standards are met

What you need to have:

  • Attention to detail and an eye for numbers
  • Excellent PC skills
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Experience with researching, writing and submitting tenders
