Sales & Marketing Roles - Dublin and Leinster

At Noel Recruitment we have a number of Sales & Marketing Positions Sales Manager Hotel Group - Dublin €45K++
  • Managing the day to day promotion of each property ensuring each hotel strives to maximise the growth of corporate business – direct, via GDS and Third Party Sites
  • Have a strong awareness of the market within the locality of both hotels and develop and maintain client relationships, maximising the corporate business for the hotels and group
  • Train and develop other members of the team to ensure a clear focus on the requirement to increase corporate room occupancy
  • Demonstrate the ability to think strategically in line with the goals of the Company
  • Account plan, track and report results in a timely manner and in line with company systems, processes and KPI’s
  • Increase the corporate rooms and meetings business into both hotels, in line with the needs of their business
Sales & Marketing Manager - Leinster €55K

  • To plan and implement annual sales and marketing plan
  • To target all future potential corporate, Conference and Group residential business from the Local, Regional and National Markets
  • To work closely with the Groups Sales & Marketing Managers and carry out joint promotions and Sales activities
  • To plan and organise and manage the sales team
  • To liaise with the Hotel Groups Sales & Marketing Department and vendors on the production of all adverts and external communications
  • To represent the Hotel and Hotel Group at consumer fairs and trade exhibitions
  • To be fully aware of all events in your region
