Turkish Internal Channel Account Manager - Cork
Working with one of the World’s largest ITcompanies, who are looking to recruit an experienced Internal Channel Account Manager to join the team based in their EMEA Head Office in Cork.
About the Role
The Internal Channel Account Manager eables the performance of the sales representatives through training, incentives and motivation, as well as establishing and maintaining the partner relationship through regular communication.
Responsibilities:
• Work alongside the Channel Customer Care team to support the EMEA partner base
• Handles all inbound enquiries (via phone / email)
• Out bound calling to specific partners
• Provide partners with assistance
• Coordinate with teams to assist partner sales representatives in developing sales plans, education and training certifications, researching grants and assisting with renewals and other order related issues
• Provide regular management reports
• Keep knowledge up to date and meet training targets to maintain a thorough understanding of their products, process and promotions to provide the highest levels of sales support
• Contacting prospective new partners
• Work with sales to ensure Renewal Pipeline Management for specific partners
Experience
• Candidates must be fluent in Turkish and English
• Channel selling or inside sales experience desirable
• Strong work ethic and organisation skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• IT sector experience in selling software solutions and/or products is desirable
• Graduate or equivalent vocational experience
