J&S Property Management are a renound Property Manager established 10 years ago, we are currently recruiting experienced Property Managers with strong relationships with established to facilitate the growth in our industry.

This position involves liaising with our existing clients, and managing some of our existing developments while also developing new business, seeking out new management companies, tendering for business. Dealing with on-going property management issues and carrying out a wide range of administrative duties.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and will be required to develop relationships with our clients, ensure all properties are marketed to a wide audience, show properties at viewings within and outside office hours, negotiate with buyers & tenants. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with lettings experience to develop and further their career.

The Salary applicable for this role will be salary plus commission (OTE €40,000)

Skills & Experience:

  • Professional attitude and approach to all
  • Excellent communication skills, vibrant & energetic
  • A qualification in Property Management is required
  • 2 years experience in Property Management with a proven track record in delivering high customer satisfaction
  • Strong computer skills & administration skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, task driven and meet strict deadlines
  • Willingness to work on a team as a team player
  • Pride in their work, going the extra mile.
  • Have a full driving license and access to a car
Duties & Responsibilities

  • Seek out new property management companies
  • Produce Tenders for new business, contact management companies, submit proposals
  • Attending at AGM's, General Meetings and Directors meetings.
  • Facilities management including appointment and supervision of Contractors, dealing with all residents, tenants, developers, receivers and contractors.
  • Financial management of each individual company to a pre-determined budget with special emphasise on tracking of sinking fund with the support of our Finance Organisation.
  • Administration of Directors compliance obligations with the CRO.
  • Compliance regarding statutory obligations of the OMC’s and adherence to the recently established MUD Act
