Our client is a huge believer in the delivery of top quality products to their clients. If you are like minded and want to work for a hugely successful company, our client is currently looking for a Senior Field Sales Manager to boost sales activity, based in Dublin.
The Job:
- Lead a team of 4 sales reps and two telesales reps to reach their targets.
- Manage and motivate the team.
- Key account management.
- Implement a structure so as to have a highly effective field sales team.
- Create sales activity plans to ensure your team hits their individual and collective targets.
- Report to senior management.
- Administrative duties to keep track of account activity.
To be eligible:
- You must have 2-3 years experience in a sales manager position.
- Experience in dealing B2B
- Experience in training and motivating a team.
- It literacy.
Salary stands in the region of €55K plus OTE plus package.
