Financial Planning Analyst with 2-5yrs experience in financial planning & analysis required for permanent role with leading company in Kilkenny.

Description:
Due to a continuing demand for systemised planning solutions, we have a requirement for an experienced Financial Planning Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team, and take an active role in the advancement of planning solutions. This is a permanent position.
Key elements of this role include:
- Reviewing, strengthening and improving the current planning, analysis and forecasting processes.
- Documentation of “As Is” planning processes and the identification of “Gap Analysis” to “Best of Class” systemised planning solutions.
- Development of systemised planning solutions using SAP Integrated Planning and Business Objects as the platform.
- Support the business in the migration to “Best of Class” systemised planning solutions.
- Become a trusted advisor to the business units for all financial planning requirements.
- Facilitate the Business Units in exploiting the SAP’s Business Intelligence platform to support the strategic and operational decision-making process.
Requirements for this Role:
- 2-5 years experience in financial planning and analysis from within a large multinational business.
- Qualified Accountant
- Strong systems experience - SAP ideal but not essential. Full systems training programme will be provided to the successful candidate.
- Third-level Business Degree
- Proven ability to work to tight schedules.
- Flexibility for regular international travel.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
