Logicon are an automation company, specialising in Siemens PLC system engineering. We have a long history of successful project implementation for many clients in Ireland and internationally. We also develop products for the Automation industry, for object-oriented generation of systems.

We wish to offer a position of Senior Automation Engineer, based in Dundalk.

  • Applicants should have a technical qualification and good PLC programming ability, preferably Siemens S7 or Rockwell RS5000, and familiarity with one Scada system.
  • Applicants should be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel, and preferably have a knowledge of databases.
  • Applicants should be familiar with Electrical installationApplicants should have a history of project implementation, preferably for process projects, and wish to develop project management and technical skills.
  • Applicants must be willing to travel for project commissioning when required.
