Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the release of new and innovative RF & Microwave IC based products
- Lead and participate in technical design reviews to help improve the manufacturability and testability of products under development
- Improve the yields and profitability of existing products
- Interface with design groups on New Product Introduction and design for manufacturability
- Monitor and investigate the yield issues
- Continuously improve manufacturing test processes
- Manage and design new class of package necessary
Requirements:
- Advanced degree in a science or engineering discipline
- 10+ years of relevant work experience (e.g. Semiconductor based product design, development, RF & Microwave testing or characterization)
- New Product Introduction experience is essential
- Good exposure and knowledge to RF and microwave components
- Experience of IC package design a bonus
- Technical competency and analytical skills
- Project management skills
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Knowledge of SAP is desirable but not essential
- Demonstrated ability to work on cross functional teams
- Familiar with High Frequency RF testing and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Willingness to occasionally travel to the US for training meetings
