Restaurant Manager required for a well-established property in a Co Kerry Hotel. The right candidate will have excellent restaurant experience and a real flair for customer service. They will be passionate and knowledgeable on all areas of food and wine service and have at least 3 years prior experience working as a manager or assistant manager an upscale restaurant or a 4*/5* Hotel Restaurant. High volume experience is also necessary as this a large scale busy premises.

The Successful Candidate will:

  • Possess a professional demeanour
  • Demonstrate the highest level of courteous and efficient service
  • Build, train and retain a capable team of professional wait staff
  • Communicate and develop good relations with all staff
  • Ensure all guest feel welcome and that their needs are attended to
  • Building long term relationships and rapport with all guests and increasing return business sales
  • Competently and appropriately deal with complaints
  • Excellent Food and Beverage Knowledge & Service skills
  • Be able to Liaise with Head Chef regarding all issues to amplify the success of the establishment
