Document Control Administrator - South Dublin.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Co-ordinate changes to/creation of documents in the Document Control process using Q-Pulse software system.
• Ensure all paperwork is reviewed for completion and compliance according to internal SOP's
• Handle administrative activities to support Document Control and Quality Records Storage to assure compliance and in line with identified timelines.
• Support CAPA closure, Change Control and Audits to ensure quality of product.
• Record all relevant information on appropriate electronic databases.
• Participation in and assist with training of in-house procedures
• Participation in continuous improvement projects
• Assist in maintaining an archiving and retrieval system with the use of controlled electronic databases
• Co-ordinate distribution of controlled documentation to all designated areas within the company
• Work to goals and objectives as set by the management team and strive to meet these in an efficient manner and demonstrate excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues and recommend improvements where appropriate, as well as working effectively to build productive relationships through teamwork and with other functional groups within the company.

Education and Experience sought :
• Certificate/Diploma in Quality Assurance, with ideally one to two years' industrial experience in a similar role..
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Extremely high level of care and attention to detail and all aspects of the role, and show a desire to achieve excellence through own initiative.
• Ideally an understanding of ISO 13485 and FDA QSR quality standards.
• To have shown strong organisational skills from both administrative and hands-on standpoints.
• Very good Microsoft office skills.
