The Role
To competitively price all aspects of Mechanical Service tenders
Actively work with Project Managers relating to contract variations
Liaise with Consulting Engineers and other Contractors
The Person
A minimum of 5 years experience of estimating for Mechanical Service contracts
A strong technical background in Mechanical/Building Services industry
A proven track record of estimating, particularly with take-offs
