We are looking for an experienced and dynamic marketer to join our Management Team in the role of Head of Marketing. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to make their mark in a fast growing, energetic, market leading company. They will play a key role in helping us to meet the challenges ahead as we build on our current successes and accelerate the company through the next phase of growth.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in all aspects of marketing including branding, advertising, public relations, direct marketing and online marketing. Experience of B2B marketing in the UK marketplace is also essential.
Key responsibilities will include
o Creating and executing a marketing communications plan encompassing all elements of the marketing mix,
o Overseeing all PR activity, including building and maintaining contacts with UK and Irish media/journalists,
o Working closely with the sales and product teams to identify and develop new opportunities for Newsweaver,
o Online marketing and the development of the company's online presence,
o Creating and managing the production of all printed and web based collateral,
o Managing the marketing budget and monitoring ROI of marketing activity.
The successful candidate will
o Hold a degree or recognised marketing qualification,
o Be a proactive real self starter who is able to work independently,
o Be a first-rate communicator with excellent written and presentation skills,
o Have strong organisation skills and be able to manage a multitude of tasks and stakeholders simultaneously,
o Be able to collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity,
o Build trust and be able to foster professional internal and external relationships,
o Have experience leading others as well as recruiting and developing staff.
o Have experience of working with organisations from SME’s to large Enterprises.
