My client is a leading Irish Engineering and Construction company with offices worldwide.
Due to progression they now require a Regional Manager to join their team take on responsibility for their operations in Russia.
Role:
The primary function of the role is to ensure that they deliver a consistently professional product to their clients and make revenue targets.
The Regional Manager will be responsible for Sales & Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR, Safety & Quality.
Person:
Engineering/Technical background
20 years experience on large oil & gas projects
Overseas experience essential
Management experience essential
String leadership, management and communication skills
Innovative
Flexible
Benefits:
Salary approx $180k d.o.e. plus bonus, housing, allowances, car. Work 8 weeks on and 3 weeks off. 3 year contract min.
