A noted restaurant in Galway City is seeking to recruit a
SENIOR CHEF OR LINE CHEF
Ideally you will have a minimum of a Junior Sous or Sous Chef experience gained, with strong range and grill experience in meats, fish, vegetables and sauce sections.
This is a Bistro/Brasserie Style operation on a main street in Galway City, and is seeking a Chef that will be responsible for the Main Courses and report to the Manager/Owner.
You should be a highly organised Chef, with strong range skills on a busy operation. High percentage of their sales include various types of steaks.
Good Mise En Place, Larder Preparation, Sauces from base, and excellent presentation skills are required for this restaurant.
We are seeking a chef that will work withe owner on the menu that works best for this restaurant.
The Client is not seeking a HEAD CHEF
Immediate Interview with an Immediate Start. A trial period make take place for approx a week!
