Due to continued growth and new business, our client, one of the Big 4 accountancy practices, is currently recruiting for a Senior Corporate and Legal Advisor for their Luxembourg office.
The successful candidate will join the group's corporate advisory team and will be involved in the drafting of various corporate documentation pertaining to the incorporation of Luxembourg companies, They will also provide advise on the best procedures/vehicles for the implementation of international corporate structures for companies domiciled in Luxembourg.
Our client is offering a very generous basic salary plus a benefits package including car leasing, pension, bonus, educational assistance, relocation allowance life/disability/hospitalisation insurance.
Candidates should possess:
- A University Degree in Law
- Fluency in English is essential plus knowledge of at least one other European language
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role
