Customer Service Team Leader 50k++ in Dublin
My Client, based in Dublin, is looking to recruit a customer service team leader to join their multinational organisation.
The Role:
• Maintain leadership through effective people management.
• Ensure that customer expectations are met.
• Engage in positive relations with relevant departments.
• Act as a key communicator between the team and management.
• Ensure the team achieves and exceeds outlined targets.
• Demonstrate leadership that promotes and exemplifies the highest standards in teamwork, personal accountability and mutual support.
• Training and development of team members.
• Offer solutions and suggestions for process/procedure improvement to management.
• Schedule and co-ordination of team members work schedule and team meetings.
Requirements:
• 2yrs + Customer Service experience.
• Background in a team lead/Senior position.
• Gaming Industry Experience is a distinct advantage.
• Strong ability to manage a team in an expanding and constantly changing environment.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal/written).
• Strong performance ethos and personal commitment to achieving targets and goals.
• Excellent analytical and decision making skills are also required.
