Role:
+Deliver multiple highly integrated and complex projects successfully against challenging deadlines.
+Lead complex projects and/or guide / manage a multi-disciplined team of engineers/others responsible for design, installation and process improvement projects.
+Be responsible for developing and managing a world-class multi-disciplined team of engineers to design, install and deliver OEE improvement projects and other complex projects as appropriate.
+Have the ability to apply a scientific approach to problem solving, blending analytical and experimental skills to maximise overall equipment effectiveness and efficiency.
+Have responsibility for the management of the relevant engineering budget including the preparation of and adhering to those budgets, and management of the capital expenditure programes for your Phases.
+Ensure all engineering work and designs are carried out to appropriate GMP, FDA and Environmental Health and Safety Standards.
Skills:
+ Hold as a minimum A Bachelor of Engineering Degree with >10 years experience.
+ Have experience in high volume manufacturing environment.
+ Have a good working knowledge in statistical process control and capability analysis using DMAIC and DOE techniques would be a distinct advantage, (probably working in a Lean Six Sigma environment).
