Successful candidate must at least have:
A minimum of 5 years experience in the retail travel trade
A minimum of 1-2 years experience as office manager / team leader.
Have an indebt knowledge of:
Airline reservations, Published, Consolidated & Web Based Fares
The Holiday Package Market both European and Longhaul
Tailor-made Itinerary Preparation
Group Reservations
An excellent working knowledge of the CRS Amadeus (A working knowledge of Ypsilon an advantage)
Be proficient in Automated back Office Systems ( ResManager & Tarsc).
Suitable Candidates should:
Be capable of working with a small team and have high motivational skills
Be willing to meet targets
Oversee the day to day operations and ensure all company procedures are adhered to
Have an amicable & presentable personality
Have a full clean driving licence and their own car.
The successful candidate will drive sales in this well established branch as well as managing an existing sales team.
The successful candidate will have a competitive edge when it comes to driving sales and previous experience of management / supervisory experience is a pre-requisite for the role.
