General Manager

My client is a 4 star Hotel in the Leinster region now seeking a General Manager . This position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced GM to join a well established Hotel with a reputation for great service. Salary will depend on the experience of the candidate with an excellent package available.

Repsonsibilties of the General Manager:

To oversee all aspects of the operation of the Hotel to secure the maximum in revenues and guest satisfaction while positioning the Hotel in a recognisable position in the marketplace. This is to be accomplished through training, yield management and the implementation of service standards.

The General Manager position requires the following experience:



  • A minmum of 4 years experience as GM in a 4/5 star Hotel.
  • A background in Sales & Marketing is required throughout your Hotel career.
  • Highly standards driven with a proven track record of such.
  • Customer focus and attention to detail a must.
  • Innovation and proactive managment practices.
  • The ability to enspire a team and develop a successful Management stucture throughout the hotel.
