A Shannon based engineering company requires a Legal Contracts Administrator.

Responsibilities:

You will work as part of a Deal Team, co-ordinate the business & documentary aspects of aircraft & engine closings. Collection & review of Conditions Precedent. Co-ordination of the Internal Signing-off Process. Completion of the closing in an orderly fashion. Co-ordination of post-delivery Customer Scorecards. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Law degree/ legal background/ work experience (c.10 yrs minimum), some years of experience must have been gained within an Aviation industry. Excellent project management skills, must be able to multi-task. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to tight time constraints. Flexible self-starter with an ability to work as a team player

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience in a multi-cultural working environment. High level of energy, commitment and mental stamina Strong Database skills.

Ideal candidate would be ex the Aviation department of a law firm!
