Strong people managment, and strong Project management skills are advantageous.
Role:
+Accountable for the maximisation of resources available to deliver outstanding results on all key performance metrics on particular line(s)
+Provides strong, capable leadership and clear direction to all team members, including all support functions
+Promotes quality and customer satisfaction as a way of life in all activities
+ Manage and develop direct reports to achieve business goals and objectives
+Champions effective communications with the relevant Management Team members
+Demonstrates a flexible management style and is adept at utilising the appropriate style for the given situation
+ Identifies and drives continuous improvement initiatives within the department
+Drives adherence to regulatory and GMP requirements
+Champion the deployment and ongoing use of Lean tools and techniques in his/ her area to identify and drive continuous improvement in order to meet all key performance metrics
+Demonstrates through his / her management style respect for the core values of BSC and a commitment to teamwork
+Project planning, in detail, in support of major projects, product/process transfer etc
+Demonstrates strong strategic planning capabilities.
+Be capable of leading and managing the team in providing permanent solutions to technical / quality issues
+Demonstrates the ability to work on major cross functional projects
+Demonstrates excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and manage situations as they evolve
Role:
+Bachelor of Science / Engineering/Production Management or relevant qualification
+ 5 + years experience in a supervisory capacity in a manufacturing environment.
+ Demonstrated and consistent delivery of results (or equivalent) and supporting metrics
+ Demonstrated ability in people motivation, organising and team building experience
