Integris wishes to recruit a Building Maintenance Supervisor based in Cork and serving our bluechip industrial customer.

We require candidates with 2 years minimum building maintenance and supervisory experience, focused on service delivery. The successful individual will need to be a skilled communicator.

Key Duties include

  • Supervision of maintenance staff and subcontractors.
  • Daily, weekly, monthly reporting to client.
  • Scheduling of maintenance
  • Tendering of service provision
  • Management of budgets
  • Organisation of Buliding Project Works
  • Issue Work permits
  • Carry out some maintenance tasks
