Position: Business/Commercial Manager Romania
Client Information
Our Client, with offices based at various locations throughout Europe provides a complete building service to government agencies, private developers, major retailers and manufacturers. They are currently looking to appoint a Business Development / Commercial Manager, to join their team in Romania
Location: Romania
Candidate:
• 10 years + experience in the construction industry both in Romania and Ireland.
• Degree Qualified in Quantity Surveying or Similar
• The candidate should have a Q.S. / Senior Contracts Manager background and be capable of working of their own initiative.
• The candidate must be fluent in English and Romanian (oral & written), must also have an excellent working knowledge of local contracts, codes and standards.
• Ideally they should also be very familiar with the planning legislation/local building regulations.
• Essentially they will be required to work alongside Senior Management and lead a small group of professionals with a view to building our presence in Romania (A great opportunity for the right candidate.)
• Salary and conditions depends on experience.
