Technical Services Manager required for our client, a leading Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Multinational. Roles/Responsibilities Business Unit lead for all activities relating to Technical Support, New Product Introduction, Validation & Technical Training. Management of new technology transfers, process improvements for drug Product and drug substance into BU. Facilitate the technical services team in providing technical support for the completion of continuous improvement, technology transfer, RFT, capital and other projects. Including Process & equipment cleaning validation, CSV and technical support on projects with in BU. Participate in risk assessments, inspections, audits,etc. Monitor the SHE performance in your department. Prepare budgets and control expenditure to operating plan. Manage discipline, time keeping, attendance, holidays & overtime. Drive continuous improvement and setting of excellence in standards.

Education / Professional Qualifications - Scientific/Engineering degree qualification
- 5+ years relevant experience in pharmaceutical management.
