Role Responsibilities:
Business Development
- Responsibility to initiate, organise and co-ordinate the marketing activities for new customer acquisition in order to grow customer net adds, revenues, overall market share
- Provide strong support to the business development team in meeting business/company objectives by implementing a marketing strategy that will support strategic growth for new and existing clients.
- Liase closely with the Head of Sales to identify key market opportunities and develop effective marketing strategies in line with business plan objectives
- Carry out market research to identify viable market opportunities
- Work towards agreed sales cycle targets with Senior Management
Brand Development
- Prepare and deliver brand portfolio reviews and proposals for regular Brand and Customer Planning Meetings with Sales, NPD, Finance departments.
- Presentation and implementation of annual brand plans as well as contributing to the overall company strategic planning process.
-Expand company profile within key commercial channels.
Communications
- Clearly communicate marketing strategy to senior management and to the broader organisation
- Ongoing development and implementation of consistent communication strategy internal & external in line with company objectives
- Develop and execute external communications campaigns to increase our clients exposure in their target market.
- Maintain and manage all website content
- Co-ordinate all marketing mediums with external marketing agencies in line with developed company marketing campaigns
Educational Requirement:
- Business/Marketing Degree
Role Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years B2B marketing experience
- Internal Communication experience
- Service Sector Brand Management experience
- Excellent track record in campaign metric implementation
- Marketing experience in conjunction with business development objectives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong creative conceptualisation abilities
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills
- Strong relationship management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative
- Highly analytical & strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong analytical skills to create win-win business models
- Proficiency in all basic business applications
- Ability to be adaptable to the company's needs as part of an entrepreneurial organization
