Job Description for Business Analyst
Key Tasks of Business Analyst:
To Lead / Assist (as appropriate) the specification of business requirements required to support new system developments for our clients Personal Lines operation.
The Business Analyst will ensure that the specifications are understood and approved by all stakeholders and where appropriate are designed, tested, documented and deployed according to our clients standards and change control procedures with minimal business interruption.
The Business Analyst will Work with the Enterprise Architecture Group to ensure proposed solutions are compliant with group standards.
Skills/Experience The ideal Business Analyst will have significant experience of Personal Lines business in an insurance company.
The Business Analyst should have the ability to conduct investigation into business requirements as well as the ability to conform to shifting priorities in project demands, and business priorities.
Experience of working closely with users to determine business requirements and of the subsequent design, development and implementation of appropriate system solutions. Excellent ability to interpret the business requirements and objectives.<
