About the job:
Main responsibilities:
The role of the Travel Specialist/OSS Specialist is to sell travel product such as (scheduled and charter flights, car hire and travel insurance to Members).
Key Responsibilities:
*Ensure all personal targets and objectives are achieved through maximising sales opportunities
*Ensure all calls are promptly and efficiently handled
*Maintain regular contact with Members in an effort to satisfy their holiday requirements
*Identifying key Member holiday 'motivation factors' in an effort to find alternatives. Ensuring accurate booking of flights, cars, insurance and all other products
*Ensuring a top service is delivered to members at all times
*Promoting and maximising the sale of products
*Ensuring weekly production targets are met
*Providing excellent service levels
*Working effectively in a fast moving & multi-lingual team
*Keeping up to date with Policies & Procedures concerning members.
Qualifying Competencies:
*Fluency in Norwegian + English and Danish or Swedish
*Candidates must have experience in International travel
*Experience of having worked with CRS Systems - Sabre/Galileo/Amadeus
*Excellent communications, interpersonal and organisation skills required
*Strong customer service/sales skills with the ability to influence others
