My Client based in Tipperary are recruitment a Maintenance/ Engineering Manager.
The individual will be responsible for managing and co-ordinating the activities of the Maintenance / Engineering Department and contractors so as to optimise the performance of the manufacturing facility.
Requirements: The ideal candidate must posses the following:
A proven track record of managing a maintenance/engineering function
A third level qualification inn an engineering discipline, preferably from an electrical background
Strong people management, problem solving, trouble shooting and project management skills
Excellent communication skills and fluent English
Food industry experience and knowledge of ingredients manufacture in the dairy industry would be a distinct advantage.
