Our client, a mining/ export company, have an opportunity for a Contracts Analyst.
This position will suit a newly qualified Lawyer or Paralegal with experience drafting commercial contracts, ideally you will have exposure to Contracts governed by commercial law in England or New York. Contracts will range from standard 10 pages documents through to 100 page detailed commercial agreements with values ranging from $2-$200 million.
Superior drafting skills essential, Spanish desired but not essential, fluent business English essential. Ability to work in a small team is of paramount importance. It is essential that you prove at interview you can work alongside a highly successful sales team assisting them in their day to day business. Our client requires a lawyer / Paralegal who can draft contracts to suit the business requirements.

You will work in a small organization with circa 20 employees in the Dublin office, this role interacts a lot with staff in the US and European offices therefore you will need to be flexible in relation to your standard working day.
