Client Description
We are currently looking to recruit a General Manager for a leading Mechanical and Electrical building services company.
They specialize in Project Management, Design & Build, Prefabrication, Facilities Management, Sustainable Energy Solutions, PSCS / PSDP, Commission & Validation.
Location: UK
Description
Candidates must have a strong knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical services industry.
4-5 years strong experience in a management role.
Permanent position based in UK
Develop new business in line with agreed budgets
Delivering all aspects of projects under control from planning through implementation to final account stage
Supervise Project Managers
Report to Managing Director
Manage staff performance at a strategic level including finance, accounts, quality, health and safety, contracts and sales including inputs to the overall planning.
Dealing with Operational issues.
Organizational / operational performance plans within agreed budgets and timescales
Remuneration is negotiable depending on experience.
Education
Qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
