Manufacturing Supervisor (Medical Devices)
Our client has a vacancy for a front line supervisor working in the medical devices industry based in Cashel, Co Tipperary. The role essentially involves the coordination of manufacturing teams, monitoring production flows, raw materials and quality of finished goods in line with team targets.
Key responsibilities overview
Production and employee schedules
Production and planning metrics used to maximise efficiencies
Process trouble shooting
Production layouts
Working to Lean Manufacturing Processes and Six Sigma Methodology to ensure continuous improvement
Team management including training, managing performance, time and attendance
Compliance to external and internal quality standards
Requirements
Relevant 3rd level qualification
6 years relevant experience in medical devices or Pharmaceutical industry
Strong PC Skills
Proven track record in team management
Excellent Rates
