This appointment will bring with it full responsibility for all compliance / regulatory issues within this organisation. This is an opportunity for a Senior Compliance Manager who will be appointed Compliance Officer for the Dublin operation.
This role will partner will all business lines to ensure that the business activities are conducted in line with all applicable rules governing this jurisdiction.
This will be a standalone role reporting into the European Headoffice with a dotted line to Executives in the Dublin office.
In order to deliver effectively in this role the following will need to be proven at interview.
• Persuasively and professional verbal and written communication
• A proven track record of making sound decision and solving problems
• Thorough understanding of the industry, keeping abreast of current trends and using this information effectively within the business
• Proven ability to take and interest in others' professional growth and provide them with guidance, ,feedback and opportunity to develop professionally
This position holds significant responsibility therefore, a minimum of 10 years compliance experience within a financial services environment is essential. This role requires the Anti- Money Laundering with a particular emphasis on Trustee Services and Fund Administration Services successful applicant to have acted as Compliance Officer, monitoring .
It is essential you have a thorough understanding of Trustee Services and Fund Administration Services, specifically, with experience developing and managing Compliance Risk Assessments and Compliance Monitoring programs.
